Melatonin is a Natural Sleep Aid

    I have been trying out Maxabsorb Melatonin that helps aid with sleep. I apply at night before bedtime, and it is supposed to help me fall asleep.

    I suffer from insomnia, and makes sleep very hard for me to get to sleep and stay asleep. I have to be honest and say that I did not notice much of a difference using this product. I believe insomnia is the reason why.

   So I then asked my 13 year old son if he was interested in trying it out for me to see if it helps him fall asleep. He stays asleep once he has fallen asleep, but says sometimes it is hard for him to fall asleep. He was happy to try it. (He loves his asleep)

   He has been trying it for about two weeks now, and says it has truly helped him fall asleep. He uses it about 30 minutes before bedtime and by that time,  he is more than ready to get into bed. He does not wake up feeling extra tired, or like he spent half the night trying to fall asleep.

   I personally believe that this product works, just did not for me with having insomnia to the degree I do.
