I have been suffering from a terrible problem called insomnia. I've been going through this for a while now, and can't seem to find do any relief.
I realize that I am NOT the only one who suffers from insomnia, and that it is a common problem among lots of people. I know that stress, anxiety, and other personal issues can lead to being unable to sleep. However, what about those individuals who feel great and just seem to not be able to sleep? What is it about insomnia that seems to effect so many people, and ruin our rest time when we need it most?
Unfortunately, I don't have the answer to that question. So I have been trying out different things to see what helps. I have been prescribed medication for it, however I want to find a healthy and natural remedy for my inability to sleep.
My first attempt at better sleep was using melatonin for a week. Melatonin is something we naturally produce in order to be able to fall asleep, so I figured it was worth a try.
End results were not as I had hoped. I was able to fall asleep, but not stay asleep for more than 2-3 hours. I am not looking for my next product to try.
